ABOUT THE DINING CLUB
Inspired by the forward-thinking character of the Golden City, GN3 Club celebrates the movement into the unimagined and the next generation of thought and luxury.
GN3 is a modern dining and lounge club. Dining is open to the public, but holding a membership grants special access and exclusive amenities. Membership is purchased through NFT (non-fungible token) and owned by the NFT holder.
THE LOCATION
The GN3 Club will be located in the heart of San Francisco. San Francisco is one of the the acclaimed culinary centers of the world, and is undoubtedly the perfect home for GN3.
THE DINING SPACE
The restaurant will feature a stunning 8,500 sq ft dining room with bright, modern, design intended to bring forward thinking into every aspect of the decorum.
THE BAR & COCKTAIL LOUNGE
There will also be a cocktail lounge featuring a full bar and artisan drinks from some of the world's most influential mixologists. The lounge will be comprised of thoughtfully curated spaces that boast both design detail and comfort for socializing and intimate meetings.
ACREAGE ROOM
The GN3 Acreage Room will be a one of a kind VIP lounge featuring limited fixed menus and unparalleled chef-curated experiences. The space will provide an uncommon hybrid of spaciousness with repose, all intended to provide the utmost experience of luxury and retreat.
THE FOOD
Provocative cuisine and artistic mixology are how GN3 members will experience the new, enticing, and exquisite. The menu will provide an artful array of New American and world-fusion flavors, including healthy, vegan, and allergy-friendly options.
ACCESS
GN3 Club members will have priority access to the dining room, bar, and cocktail lounge. GN3 Acreage Room members will have access to the entire club, including the exclusive Acreage Room.
All GN3 members will have access to special occasion events hosted at the restaurant and online. GN3 is an intersection of the Web3 world and the literal world, combining world class dining, social utility, and private opportunity experiences.
How Reservations Work
Restaurant reservations and special events are available on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations can be made through the members portal up to 20 days in advance. Proof of token ownership will be required for entry.
Members can book tables up to 8 people, including guests (non-token holders). Only the token holder can make reservations, and must be present with the party when visiting the club.
Food and beverage costs are paid in USD and are not included in the token price.
How Membership Works
Owning a GN3 token means the token and your GN3 membership are your property. There are no additional membership fees or applications. Once you own a token, membership is yours for the lifetime of the club.
A unique aspect of this utility use of NFTs is that you can also sell, trade, and monetize your token in creative ways.
Token holders can use the OpenSea secondary NFT market to sell and trade their tokens. They can also utilize other platforms to lease their token or to turn it into a timeshare function.
Proof of membership will be required to make reservations and to enter the club. The token holder should have their hot wallet available to show proof of ownership.
